Kirti's Restaurant in Dusseldorf

We ordered food from Kirtis and it was super delicious and authentic. I would surely recommend this place.

Super delicious Indian food - just like I got to know in India. Large selection of dishes, delicious buffet, friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Tried the buffet in afternoon. The food that was available - Non-vegetarian (Halal) Appetizer: Aloo tikki, Onion Bhajji and chicken tikka with a garlic chutney, sweet chutney, pickle, Salad and Joghurt. Main course : dhaba Dal, rice, aloo palak, chicken curry Dessert: moongdal halwa (best thing must try if it's available in the buffet option) Unfortunately I didn't find any naan available for the buffet. The ambience is very peaceful and friendly staff. The restaurant is very close to the tourist attraction Rheinturm. The taste is authentic Indian so definitely a must try restaurant.

I really like their dishes and the restaurant is nice too. In this Corona-Time, the tables have a good distance.

Solid Indian cuisine, quality food, good value for money, atmosphere is nice. Service staff too slow, sometimes you have to wait 45 minutes for your meal with good occupancy. The service staff never ask of their own accord if you want to have a drink instead, two or three people chat behind the counter.

Not the best Indian Restaurant in Düsseldorf and with most probably the highest prices. Portions are small and not that special for the price. Extremly slow service:we waited 1 hour for two simple dishes. I do not recommand this place. I will never come again!!!

A great evening with great starters and main courses. The wine was delicious. And the service was very nice, courteous and attentive. I liked it very much.

The waiter was really really unprofessional. I have never been to a restaurant like this before. He thought of us as newcomers to Germany and kept on explaining the prices if we ordered of a big glass of mango lassi and how much amount we would get. Then he also kept on explaining that the prices shown in the menu were too little for the amount of food they were offering and you would not getthese prices anywhere. Not only this, he also brought an empty plate from inside the kitchen and showed us the quantity of food we would get in this much price. It was seriously humiliating for us. We have been here for over 4 years and have not seen such behavior. Not only this, he went outside to smoke and I seriously doubt he changed the plastic gloves he was wearing. As we were finishing off, he stood behind our table waiting for us to finish which made us really uncomfortable. The food was really cold and didnot taste good. The owner wasn't present or else I would have told this to his face. Well, guess what, NIE WIEDER!!!

Very Bad hospitality. Waiter just keeps talking about the money. Just asked the simple questions that how much is the serving size. After that he started bragging that you should be grateful that we are offering at this price and bla bla bla... Although the food was good and delicious.

Incredibly tasty. Service coming very beforehand. Something for everyone: vegan, vegetarian and also with fish or meat. We had vegan and vegetarian dishes that were super tasty. Would love to come back.

Ambience nice, but completely overwhelmed service. Reservation was no longer to be found, it took about an hour afterwards for the food to be brought, and then the taste was still far below what I am used to from Indian food. Priced ok for the location, but the whole experience was absolutely not recommended. Once and never again.

Tasty food

Service was good. One of the gentlemen was a bit hypothermic, but still polite, the lady who worked there, who was extremely attentive, asked in between whether everything was okay and asked if we were still missing something. We ordered a la carte, prices very fair, I know other things. My dish was fine. However, the meat was not properly processed before processing. Tendons everywhere, not great. I think it's quite good that there is a side dish of salad, but without dressing it takes a lot of getting used to.

Bad Hospitality and low level of hygiene. Food did not taste authentic. Ask to customize the flavor was not given. All in all I won’t ear here again.

The service was very good. They offer buffet for decent price and which saves the waiting time for your food. The food is authentic Indian and should try Lassi as well. They offer tables service as well and serves fast

The ambience was very pleasant. However, everything else was bad. Operation was not experienced and completely overwhelmed. My 24 hour marinated shrimp tasted dry and definitely just being prepared and marinated. Drinks could not always be ordered.

Very bad restaurant. Nice ambience and that's it. The dishes were not good at all. Staff was very, very slow, always forgetting the orders. Once and never again.

Amazing Indian food

Very nice Indian food, esp non veg!

We have been there several times. Everytime the waiter over there is very rude. This makes the experience in restaurant average although food being tasty. Would definitely advise for staff to be atleast friendly and not very rude and full of arrogance.

It's one of the worst Indian restaurant in Dusseldorf. Your manager or waiter from Afghanistan is horrible

Two of us went for the buffet lunch today. Food selection was limited, with some dishes already out and not replenished (e.g. the lamb) even though there was still plenty of time left and more customers were arriving. Food was average at best and not kept hot. Some dishes were also undercooked (choley) and greasy (one of the chicken dishes). Price per person has also been increased from 15€ to 18€, so overall not good value for the quality anymore. It used to be much better but perhaps the chef changed, and 20% more is just too much. We won't be back again.

One of the best place in Düsseldorf to have Indian Buffet(All you can eat). Price is also reasonable.

All good, except I found the behaviour of the staff bit weird and unprofessional compared to German standards.

1. Quality and taste of Indian food is not good, 2. Service is horrible 3. Leave all the plates and cutlery on the table and made me give to my colleagues 4. Kadai Chicken was few days old and spoilt 5. Kadai Panner was sweet I ve have never been to such a place !!! Please don't go. I did try a couple of times.
